ECEPL is seeking professionals with experience in the Power/ Energy/Petro Chemicals/ Fertilizers/ Large-scale Industry for the following positions. Remuneration and Designations are commensurate with experience in the respective requirements. Positions are for Hyderabad/Srikakulam(Site) locations.

Civil/Structural
Site Management - Site
Preferred Qualifications: Post-Graduate/Graduate in Civil Engineering from reputed institute.
Professional Experience: 1-20 years in Power/Industrial Sector. Should have Techno-commercial experience in execution of Civil and Structural works for Power Projects and in estimating quantities and rates for costing of the Civil Works. Good negotiating skills on Technical and Commercial issues with vendors.

Project Management - Hyderabad
Preferred Qualifications: Post-Graduate/Graduate in Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical. Engineering from reputed institute.
Professional Experience: 5-10 years in Power/Industrial Sector. Should have experience in execution of projects, including Planning, Engineering Coordination, Procurement, Contractor Management, Erection and Commissioning, ensuring timely completion of Projects within Budgets.

Project Planning/MIS - Hyderabad
Preferred Qualifications: Post-Graduate/Graduate in Mechanical/Civil Engineering from a reputed institute.
Professional Experience: 5-10 years in Power/Industrial Sector. Should have experience in Planning, Scheduling and various Project-related Activities using planning software like Primavera/ MS Projects, Submission of Progress Reports to Management,
Statutory Authorities and Financial Institutions etc.,

Contracts - Hyderabad
Preferred Qualifications: Graduate in Engineering with MBA from reputed institute.
Professional Experience: 5-15 years experience in Contracts and Commercial aspects of EPC Contracts in Power Sector from Pre-Bid Stage to the Post-Bid Stage, exposure to prevalent taxes and duties. Should have effective communication skills, time management skills and be a team-player.

Environmental - Site
Preferred Qualifications: Post-Graduate in Environmental Engineering/ Environmental Sciences from Reputed Institute.
Experience: About 5-10 years of Post Qualification Experience in the industry. Should have experience in Environmental Monitoring and Management during Construction and Operation of Power Plants, interaction with Environment Consultants, Statutory Authorities (both Central
and State) etc. Should be conversant with the latest Environmental Regulations at both State and Central.

Design & Engineering - Hyderabad
Preferred Qualifications: Post-Graduate/ Graduate in Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Control & Instrumentation Engineering from reputed institutions.
Professional Experience: About 3-15 years in concept engineering, system design, detailed engineering and review of contractor/vendor documentation of Power/Energy Industry
in the respective disciplines. Candidates having experience in reputed consultancy organization will be preferred.

POST: Manager (Security)
20-25 years Experience in Security Services of which at least 10 years as Head of Security in a Large scale Industry.
Preferably Ex-serviceman not below the rank of Major. Native of Srikakulam/ Vijayanagaram/ Visakhapatanam preferable.
Responsibilities:
To maintain watch and ward operations, to coordinate in dispatches, transport, housekeeping and Fire safety, vigilance, security and any other activities entrusted from time to time.
Will be responsible for the Physical, Safety and Security Systems for facilities across Project Site Responsibilities also include developing and implementing security policies, systems, procedures and crisis management plans to protect the operations at different locations within the project Site .
To work closely with the team to provide physical protection and safety to all assets of the company including people, information and property. In addition, Security Operations personnel provide immediate response and intervention in all cases of emergency situations.
To liaison with Police and Administrative departments at local and District level.
Shall be a Team player and competent to lead a strong team of security and firemen. Should have good communication skills and physical fitness.
Technical knowledge of the security principles and practices for a broad spectrum of technical security and fire systems and protective service operations. Industry certifications like CPP, CFE will be a plus.
