Mr. Chittaranjan Kumar has a Masters degree in Textile Engineering from IIT Delhi and Masters in Financial Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management. He is a versatile Professional with broad ranging experience in financial planning along with investment banking, structuring transactions & financial turnarounds. He has over 25 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking & Risk Management and was associated with reputed institutions like IDBI Bank Ltd, Indian Standards Institution & KVK group. He also acted as a Lender’s Nominee on board of various companies on behalf of IDBI Bank.
